Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including transactions, inventory records, and business information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the deletion process take?

Once your request is approved, your account will be deactivated immediately. Complete data deletion will occur within 30 days as required by data protection regulations.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No, account deletion is permanent. Once the process is complete, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

What happens to my subscription?

Your subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will not be charged for any future billing cycles. Any remaining balance will be handled according to our refund policy.

Will I receive confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation when your deletion request is received and another when the deletion is complete.

Can I export my data before deletion?

Yes, we recommend exporting all your data before submitting a deletion request. You can export your data from your account settings or contact support for assistance.
